Raising Aspirations Project for schools

Beyond promoting positive mental health and reducing disruptive behaviour, the RAP programme fosters essential self awareness and self management skills like effective communication, emotional regulation and stress management, preparing young people to navigate life's challenges with confidence and become responsible students who are more responsive to their academic work and aspirations. This programme encourages students (aged 11-18) to take a central role in their learning and aspirations for future goals.

Our skilled mentors deliver our RAP curriculum.

Building Social and Emotional Resilience Programme

Research shows that 1 in 5 young people are likely to have mental health challenges. This is an early intervention small group programme for primary aged school pupils.  The aim is to equip pupils with age appropriate, evidenced-based skills and strategies to build social and emotional resilience, boost their confidence and self esteem with friends, adults and in their academics.

Support for Parents

To provide holistic support to children and young people, we have to look at all the stakeholders that are instrumental in bringing the change to their lives. That is why our online and in-person support for parents is essential. We provide one-off workshops or prolonged parental mentoring/coaching to intentional parents who want to reinforce the growth of their child.
